Folks just a quick reminder that this week’s Engage gets back into the swing of things at St. Patrick’s parish centre building 8pm-midnight tomorrow Fri 21st.

4 hours of worship, waiting, listening and talking to God about what’s on His heart for us and our community and beyond (based on what Peter Stott had to share last week).

The schedule looks like this so far

9-11pm: Richard ‘Toadie’ Todd

10-12pm: Andy Rogers

Hope to see you there.

New Engage Worship Season Kicks Off….

Wednesday, September 12th, 2007

Hi folks

I hope all is well. I just wanted to let you know about 3 very exciting speakers we have coming to Engage over the next month or so. I believe they are very strategic people for this time, and it is no coincidence (although not planned) that they should all be coming to Coleraine within literally weeks of each other!!! Perhaps God is wanting to make us hear something!!!

This Friday (14th) we will have Peter Stott with us - at the Sandel Centre @ 8pm (6, Knocklynn Rd, Coleraine) I met him earlier this year at a “His Isles Prayer gathering” in England, run by the Prayer Association of Great Britain and Ireland. He is a very prophetic man who has worked with people like Graham Cooke, Christine Larkin, David Matthews, who some of you will be familiar with. He has a heart for the raising up of houses of Intercession and Worship, and so we feel he will bring something important to us. Here’s a brief bio:

“Peter and Mariette have been involved in church planting on the South Coast of England over the last 25 years and have a passion to see revival on both a national and personal level. The emphasis they bring is through the prophetic and teaching. Their desire is to see the power and presence of God released through worship and prophetic intercession”.

On Friday 5th and Saturday October 6th we will have a visit of Ray Hughes + band. Ray leads Selah Ministries (see http://www.selahministries.com), and is involved a lot with Prophetic intercession and worship. They will be leading an intimate, unplugged Engage session on the Firday - in St Patrick’s Parish Centre, and then do a larger, concert type of event, on the Sarurday in St Patrick’s Church. Both sessions start at 8pm. Here’s part of his bio:

“Ray Hughes travels in the U.S. and internationally as a speaker, worship leader, storyteller, singer/songwriter and prophetic voice to regions and nations. His worship team, the Selah Project Band, travels with him on occasion to local churches, regional worship and prophetic conferences, festivals, universities and ministry schools. Ray is passionate about training and releasing musicians and creative people into their destinies and the power of their purpose in the world and the church. He is a prophetic historian continuously re-digging the old wells of biblical, world and recent history for the purpose of releasing the fresh word of God for the kingdom today. “

On Friday October 12th - Saturday October 13th we will have a visit of Mike McClung, (http://www.lionheartacts.org/index.php) who is no stranger to Coleraine or Engage. He hails from Knoxville, Tennessee, and is continuing to establish a 24/7 House of Payer there. He will be in St Pats for both those nights.

We are so blessed to have these people with us, and I can’t emphasise enough how good it would be to be there if you can. All the sessions will be free, but we will take offerings to help cover expenses.

In relation to Engage’s weekly schedule - Worship/Prayer watches will start again the week after Peter Stott (21st) and again on 28th. That will lead us onto the Ray Hughes & Mike McClung weekends.

I really hope to see you there and please tell as many people as you can. Thanks.

God bless

Ian
